Chiyu Wang is currently the Chief Hospitality Officer at Media Sphere Group, overseeing the development and operations of over a dozen cultural and creative dining and lodging ventures. He also serves as the General Manager of Starker Hotel Management Co.

As Taiwan’s first Michelin food and wine columnist with more than thirty years of experience in the hospitality industry, Wang has contributed extensively to food, wine, and travel writing and publishing. He offers particularly deep insights into the culinary and hospitality cultures of Europe and Japan.
