Manabu Makime (b. 1976-), his debut ""Kyoto Blue Dragon Club" (Battle League Horumo) won “boiled eggs” new talent author prize, “Books’ Magazine Entertainment Book Award,” “King’s Brunch” Book Prize. His books are nominated by “Japan Booksellers' Award” and "Noaki Prize" many times and have been adapted into film/tv. His writing style is full of imagination. Japanese called this kind of fantasy as “Makime world.” He received Naoki Prize in 2024.
