Tokio Godo was born in Okayama, Japan, in 1971, and is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant. After graduating from Chuo University, he worked at an accounting firm and a convenience store chain before joining the global strategy consulting firm Arthur D. Little. While still working as a consultant, he acquired more than ¥300 million in rental property within a single year. He went independent in 2004, founded Premium Investment & Partners, and now works as an entrepreneur, investor, business author, and speaker.
