Tanpopo Kisaragi travels to every corner of Japan alongside her beloved cat, Tsuzumi, running a pop-up café called "Mayoi Neko" by renting tiny shop spaces or setting up in local galleries and event venues. Also practicing as a fortune teller, she serves regional teas and artisanal sweets while listening to the troubles of the guests who cross her threshold.
